About Our Law Firm
THE ATTORNEY
Ryan S. Goldstein is a highly reputable practicing attorney in litigation demonstrating the level of commitment, determination and professionalism often found in large law practices.
Mr. Goldstein has been a practicing attorney in litigation since 1998, licensed in the Federal and State courts of the States of New York and Connecticut. He received his Juris Doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998. He is a former President of the Monday Night Law program run by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York as well as an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Out of law school, Mr. Goldstein worked for a nationally recognized law firm handling mass tort litigation. Mr. Goldstein successfully participated in traveling around the country conducting depositions of various medical professionals and litigants involved in a multi-billion dollar mass tort pharmaceutical litigation.
In 2000, after several years of tremendous litigation experience, Mr. Goldstein started a new law firm, the Goldstein Law Firm, dedicated to becoming the best personal injury attorney and law firm representing individuals who deserve large firm representation but are unable to afford or qualify for those large firm requirements.
Mr. Goldstein’s first jury trial took place in 2000 involving a person injured in a motor vehicle accident. The outgoing law firm refused to conduct the jury trial and instead insisted that the client accept a $15,000 settlement offer. Mr. Goldstein took over the case, conducted a trial by jury and obtained a jury verdict of $110,000.
Since then, Mr. Goldstein has continued to maximize clients’ compensation from jury trials or settlements without placing the interest of the law firm ahead of the right and the needs of the injured clients.
In 2001, Mr. Goldstein began teaching at Marymount Manhattan College, instructing in its legal nursing paralegal and certified paralegal programs. For five years, Mr. Goldstein taught tort law to aspiring law students and paralegals. In 2007, Mr. Goldstein became a member of the staff at Hunter College, also in their paralegal program, conducting seminars and class instruction in tort law and mock trial litigation. Mr. Goldstein also teaches an LSAT preparation course to future attorneys.
Mr. Goldstein, along with his dedicated and knowledgeable legal staff, emphasize the importance of excellent client communication and accessibility of the staff and represent personal injury clients with passion, experience, intelligence, discipline and the utmost integrity and common sense.
Mr. Goldstein and the Goldstein Law Firm are devoted to the highest standards of legal representation and dedication to all of its clients.
